You will be pleased to know that in my last two training sessions I have had great improvement over the others. I had a few slips up towards the end of both sessions due to a bit of mental fatigue, (but I’m getting better though). Overall my progression has significantly increased in both, managing my stress and my confidence, by starting to apply some of the techniques and positive thoughts we discussed. I think this has helped me a lot. Thanks for the opportunity to have something like this, and I think that with something like this if you don’t put in 100% and be honest about what it’s like then you won’t get any benefit back from it.
